Ignored the pre authorization. Tried to demand way more money than the pre qualification said. Left me waiting at the desk for over an hour while a man was loudly complaining they messed up his title and licensing. Staff was rude and dismissive. Save yourself the nightmare and stay away.

The dealer responded quickly and after a little bit of haggling I felt they had fairly priced the truck that I was interested in purchasing. We agreed on the final sales price. At this point I told the salesman that I wanted to put down a $5000 down payment but I had to have the money transferred from my IRA account to my checking account. Through no fault of my own there was a clerical error on my fund managers end and the money transfer had to be reissued causing a three day delay. The salesman assured me that they would hold the truck for me. On Tuesday morning I contacted my bank and confirmed the money transfer was pending and the funds would be available later that day. I immediately contacted the salesman and I was shocked by his response "he was forced to turn over the keys and the truck had been sold." The sales manager(s) are unscrupulous and low down. The only thing that they care about is the next quick sale. This dealership cannot be trusted!
