They were a little slow giving updates and information. I text for 2 days without an answer. The truck was showing pending sale and I didnât want to drive 200 miles for the truck to already be sold. Then they text back and said truck had an engine light on. After that they did keep me updated. Until I told them I had purchased another truck.

Absolutely terrible I spoke with three people and never was able to receive any answers to the question I asked. Was ready to buy the car immediately. It is disgusting that in the so difficult to buy a car. I I called four times and was never able to get any type of answers from any of the help making the purchase

Solid experience. Very professional operation there. Customer service training shows. From the receptionist to the person shuttling vehicles to the sales manager, it is a classy operation. I had a particularly competent salesperson. I've bought cars and helped others buy for 50 years. I bought the truck. I'd refer others without hesitation.
