Alex got back in touch with me the same day I contacted them about the SUV I was interested in. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me how things worked in it. Alissa (manager) helped get my payments where I needed them to be. John, I think that was his name, got all of the paperwork ready and went over everything in detail including the extended warranties that we could've bought. CarGurus, well, they made it all happen because if it weren't for them posting the car on their site, I would've never seen it. They contacted D Patrick Nissan and gave them my information, with my approval, and they got back with me right away. I inquired about a C400 with 87K miles priced at $23,900 way above market. At this mileage, the thermostat is known to fail. Spark plug(s) replaced at 82,801 are supposed to be replaced at 45K miles. Transmission service is due at 70k miles and no records. The bottomline: the car was not inspected or reconditioned. Event with spotty service history they refused to accept any offers. Ridiculous for a 10 year old car.

When I did communicate with them it was a good experience, just couldn't get together on a deal. I was trying to do as much as I could by text/phone and email since I would have to travel several hours and that may have been the disconnect in our negotiations.
