I confirmed with the dealership at the end of business day that the car was available and took time off from my job to go for a test drive at business opening the next day. When I arrived the car was actually sold. The manager was apologetic and made an offer to bring a car to me for a test drive when one became available. I chose not to go with this dealership because the offer for my trade in was well below the KBB value

I drove 780 miles to that dealership due to severe weather the dealership had only two associates working that day. Due to a snowstorm we couldn’t inspect the car thoroughly but I specifically ask the lady about is there any deep gashes or scratches on the the car and she said no but if you see any let us know and we’ll take care of it and the mats are in the trunk and she provided us the after market mats so the original mats doesn’t get dirty. When I drove the car back home I realized there are no original mats in the car and driver side fire have some deep scratches. I called them back next day they apologized to me and they said take to a near hertz location and they will take care it the scratches for you and they will have the original mats which they will ship it for me. I didn’t get the mats nor no one answered my repeated phone calls and now I checked on hertz website and that location is permanently closed????
