Once I submitted my inquiry, they got back to me within the hour. I asked Neil about the condition of the car and he replied in excellent condition. Lo and behold that they were honest! You don't get that a lot from other used car dealerships. I drove in, spoke with Neil, and had the test drive in less than a minute. Presentation was pretty solid about the car and his workplace. The prices are competitive compared to the other places around the Boise area and this stuck out. It'll probably be my first place to go when I feel like an upgrade.

Their reply came from an email that would not work for a reply. There was a name but I tried 3 times to reply and they all got "failure" message

Bait and switch, deceptive trade practices by this dealer. They are advertising the car’s original MSRP and when you call in, they bump the price to $298K with dealer mark up! Not cool!

Offered any assistance that I needed.

Not only that they contacted me, but they sold me a car. It was a positive experience all and all. I would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I drove five hours one way to pick it up. They had the vehicle ready (almost), and all the paperwork ready to sign. Why "almost ready",...well, they sent the unit to a "detail shop" to be "detailed" before we pick it up, but it was MAYBE washed and vacuumed. Carpet might've been steam cleaned, but all the "nooks and crannies" were filthy. VERY poor "detail" job, but it's not dealer's fault (except that they are in cooperation with subpar "detailer"). The car is great, my husband detailed it properly the next day. It was worth the drive. We are looking for another Cooper for our daughter now.
