I expressed I wanted everything my 2020 Ford Edge SEL currently had and did not want to lose any functions I currently had. I did lose automatic navigation in the 2024 Ford Edge Titanium, it is only available through Android Auto or Apple Carplay. The dealership was very busy upon our arrival so John the salesman I had spoke to wasn't available so Dennis was asked to fill in for John. After the purchase we noticed the gas tank had not been filled up it was 3/4 full, but we were tired. I did not go back in to make that request, as John was not there any longer and Dennis was tired also. Rahim the Finance Manager was very helpful during the process. I would recommend the dealership even though I am disappointed in the lack of a few items in my new Ford Edge Titanium for that reason I can not give 5 stars because there is false advertising on the navigation system on the sync 4a video, for Ford Edge, it can not be activated on my vehicle.

The vehicle of interest was readily available upon arrival. Description and price listed were as printed. Test drive and explanation of features and how to access additional information. Salesman David S. made sure all questions were addressed and answered. He also let me know to contact him personal for future service questions.
