I didn't buy the car from them (haven't purchased a car yet) but they were super helpful by sending me personal videos and responding to questions about the car. If it was white I would've bought this.

I made an agreement with them and gave them my credit card to process a deposit. They agreed on a price and had me fill out an application which was approved. I'm 5 hours away and planned to come down there Monday to pickup. All of a sudden nobody will return my calls. I called over and over til someone answered and told me they sold the car hours after I gave them a deposit. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to be professional and call me. Obviously he knew what he did was unprofessional. I would stay far away from these people! They also advertised a price then added $1k onto the advertised price. These people should be ashamed!

Was contacting the dealer about the car on friday and he said he would hold it for me. So the next day Saturday I made a 4 hour drive up to Five Star Ford. When i got there someone was already test driving it and then was told that he bought the car.
