They were helpful at the beginning and let me take the Tahoe to my mechanic. Once I returned with a very fair and out the door price (based upon the extra mechanical work it needed that the dealer didn't do at all before putting it on the lot), they shot me down and didn't want to even listen or ask why. They were too firm and hard on their asking price.

This dealer sent an automated response to initial inquiry. I inquired by email again with no response from dealer. Very disappointing customer service. I really liked this Explorer. I ended up buying from another dealership because of the lack of engagement and this is usually indicative of how you will be treated after the sale.
