Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 here. Ignore their $2,000 personal check “policy”. They’ll waive it. They do not inspect their vehicles. Will slap an inspection sticker on anything. Ended up being sold the truck with a dead battery, 3 engine codes, broken tailgate, and a bent axle. Was told “we missed a couple things” by multiple people in both upper management and service. If I had no mechanical experience these issues would’ve never been found. Service could not find the bent axle and I was laughed at. I had to show them myself in the shop. Service had truck 2 times totaling a whole month in the shop. They repaired the truck for no cost but they told me that was a “favor”. Will (sales manager) and Damon (general manager) are disrespectful, rude and won’t take responsibility. 24 Ford deserves negative stars.

They responded and made me and offer and I countered with another offer and got no response.

They got right back to me with additional information on the truck and offered to meet whenever was best for me. Sales team is highly recommended for above average response time.

Had a great experience with Franklin Ford . contacted them on 9/12/2023 and within 72 hours, I had a new vehicle it’s a great car great honest people. The process was very smooth. They explain to me what was gonna happen every step of the way and educated me on the car I will return.

This dealership gets an F- from me. There approach and the way the contact you via text is unprofessional and rude. Delt with salesman that Chris Baron don’t trust him I had him for my salesman which I gave full price on the van I bought but his approach and bullying to get you to sign is like no other. The Same for Lisa the salesman’s manager . Rude text messages telling me the deal has to be done today!! But never gave a reason to why they were rushing it . The van was in service for over a week and I had 3 small things I wanted addressed on it seeing as I was paying full price I felt like the small oil leak , vibrations from the rear of the van and the sliding door did not stay latched when opened should not be an issue to move forward with the purchase . Well they only did the sliding door never did anything with the oil leak and vibrations I was told it was a snow brush well that was not true . Do not trust this dealership! I’m giving you full warning go elsewhere.
