They handled the process fairly well. Shipped my car across country and at the end of the day I have the car I wanted. I was left in the dark a few times in the process with no reply or a lot of stalling which was very frustrating. All in all a 6/10 experience. All 6 coming from the amazing vehicle. Not them

Luis Garcia made my purchase so easy. Randy in finance was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I signed the finance paperwork on Monday at 5pm and my truck was delivered to my office 5pm on Wednesday. Jerry Schoener the delivery driver was great too. The entire team is first class. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and will reach out to them in the future when purchasing additional company trucks. I wanted to hire that delivery driverâ¦.he was great! GM wouldn’t let me hold the vehicle for 72 hours with $1k down because it was coming up on Mother’s Day weekend. Dealership did not disclose nearly $2500 in extra additions to the vehicle on their sticker price. GM refused to give me a firm interest rate AFTER running my excellent credit without putting up a non-refundable down payment. I told them that no one would put money down on a loan without knowing the full terms of the loan I.e. the interest rate, and they said that’s how they do business. Put money down up front, then come in and go over the best rate/mo payment options. NO WAY.
