After trying to talk to a sales rep about a f350 for 3 weeks and having requested numerous times to send additional pictures. I finally got someone to send a few pictures. I decided to drive the 3 hours to look at the vehicle even though they couldn`t give me an estimate of how much my trade was worth over the phone, which I found odd considering dealers do this all the time. They assured me that they give top dollar for trades. After getting there i notices that the diesel engine had been deleted. They claimed to not know about that and that it wouldn`t void the powertrain warranty. I let them give me a trade figure and they were 7 thousand dollars lower than a dealership one hour away with the same truck I would be trading for. I made the mistake taking the chance on this dealership after reading the terrible reviews only to find out that they were exactly true. Don`t waste your time at this dealership. It`s disappointing Ford continues to let them be a dealer.
