I live in AZ but bought a car from Hawkeye after seeing it pop up online. Mike, Tracey and the whole crew at Hawkeye Ford took great care of me and the car throughout the process. They answered all my questions, had no issues with me calling them 1,000 times, and made the whole process very easy and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them in the future, this dealership is one of the good ones!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. From their unknowledgeable staff to straight up lying to me about options the truck had. The sales woman tried making it into an argument and then later told me the truck wasn’t actually new and was a demo that their gm was driving. And that he put a tonneau cover on it so I would have to pay extra for that as well. My brother traded a truck off here also and they posted it online as a 2016 when it’s actually a 2015. This dealership is one scam after another. Take my advice and go somewhere else. When I complained to the sales manager about it he was rude and only said he was sorry when I told him I was going to leave a bad review.

Didn't have truck I was looking for, but made numerous follow-ups to see if they could be a further assistance. Only rated 4 stars because only had limited contact with them. They certainly tried.
