I didn't buy the car from them (haven't purchased a car yet) but they were super helpful by sending me personal videos and responding to questions about the car. If it was white I would've bought this.

I made an agreement with them and gave them my credit card to process a deposit. They agreed on a price and had me fill out an application which was approved. I'm 5 hours away and planned to come down there Monday to pickup. All of a sudden nobody will return my calls. I called over and over til someone answered and told me they sold the car hours after I gave them a deposit. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to be professional and call me. Obviously he knew what he did was unprofessional. I would stay far away from these people! They also advertised a price then added $1k onto the advertised price. These people should be ashamed!

All in all a great experience, got a great deal but didn't get my full tank of gas. Small matter though. Brought the car to me and the good guys that delivered it even helped me take my rental back. Glad to keep my money in Georgia. Go Dawgs!

Chuck answered my email within 3 hours. We exchanged several emails, and he was always prompt, and he was so helpful in answering my questions. I had decided on a used Ford Escape, and Billy Cain Ford had a nice selection to choose from. Two days later I bought a car from Chuck, and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, polite, and respectful.
