We had driven almost an hour to do a test drive with a Sorento 2019 EX (VIN: 5XYPHDA5XKG451667) priced at $18,976. That car had such a bad smell that we could not buy it and did not even do the test drive. I would have expected that they would inspect cars telling customers about the conditions before making them drive an hour for a test drive. Our sales rep did his best to offer us other suitable cars and we did a test drive with a BMW X1 and a Kia Niro. Both cars were offered as available. After the test drive my wife and I were having a short (5 min max!) discussion while he was heading back to the office. We opted for the X1 and wanted to buy it right away but suddenly the car was gone. Sb else had taken it that very minute for another person for a test drive. The others were not even there! Even talking to their General Manager but this did not help. He said that was the internal processes. Thank you for not selling the car to us despite being first in line.

Not a good experience. I’ve requested information about a Ford Expedition 2020, the sales people (Gary and Nate) we’re not able to explain about the accident the car showed in the listing. I’ve also requested a trate in bill park value for my car and after sending the information Nate did not even bother reading it and asked me 3 times for the VIN number. I’ve asked to speak with the manager, but of course he was busy, further left a message but never responded….not easy to make business with this dealer. Don’t waste your time, specially if you are out of state.
