If I could give a negative star I would. I clicked on the want to purchase button and scheduled a call for 10am Monday morning. I didn't receive a call. I called and spoke to Tim who said he would pull the information from CarGurus and then he said he would call me back and send me the photos and the contract. He even said they don't finance, and I said I had my own financing. I waited until 2pm and called back and told he was with a customer. Then Tim called at 4pm and said the car was just sold. I told him that is why I put the offer in last night and called him first thing this morning. Clearly, Tim cannot be bothered with online orders, and he is a terrible businessman. He suggested sending a link to look at some of their other cars. After being treated this way, he really had the audacity to think I would purchase anything from him!

After making arrangements to view the vehicle I arrived to be told they couldnât find the keys and then I was told it apparently wasnât for sale as the owner was working to buy out the lease. I wasnât very happy.
