Great guys very professional and easy to deal with !!!

Pleasant sales person. Was hoping to surprise my wife over Christmas. But while he would let the car go out overnight, he would not let it go out over Christmas even though they were not open on Sunday or Monday. I wanted to make sure that she liked it before we bought it (it was an unusual color). The sales person told me that I could sign all the paperwork, but not pay for it, and then, if my wife didn’t like it, just not give him the check. I did not feel comfortable with that. He pushed hard, but I did not see the difference between signing a contract that we “could” ignore versus an no obligation overnight take-home to show to my wife. The sales person then pushed for me to just buy it and give it to her two days before Christmas . He was unclear on the concept of what a Christmas gift usually is. That all said, it was a very nice car at a good price. But I ended up going with a dealership that was more accommodating.

Dealer did finally contact me. Salesperson led me to believe there would be an upcoming rebate on my vehicle of interest and to wait a couple of days before purchasing. There was a rebate on this vehicle which was in effect which I was not informed about and expired the day after she mentioned the possibile upcoming rebate. The loss of this rebate raised the cost of the vehicle an additional $3,000.00. When she contacted me after this she texted me the end of this rebate in a kind of “oh well, no big deal” attitude. I don’t begrudge people making money but I view this as greedy, very poor sales representation. What would the rest of a deal like this look like? Would not recommend this dealership.
