Responsiveness was impressive. We had complexities with a trade in that 2 people were unwilling to work through. After I went to another dealership and found a similar truck, was given no issues at all and left with a new truck that same day, the owner then called to see if he could assist. They would have had a sale had they listened, however 2 sales people before the owner didn’t seem to possess the best listening skills and therefore lost business that paid!

Communication was good between the Dealer and myself. It was all through email until final numbers came together. My only complaint is for some reason the price went up almost $4000.00 as I took a picture with my phone so that I would have the correct stock #.

Got me a great rate considering the times were in. With many options to choose from & Explained everything clearly. I lost count how many vehicles I purchased. But this was one of best experiences I have had. I drove 2hrs away with no regrets.
