Don’t waste your time. They will advertise one price to get you into the door and add on a ridiculous amount of random fees they claim are mandatory. A 14k car which originally should be 15k after tt&l they tried to sell to me for 20k with a bunch of bogus add ons. It makes sense now why their reviews are bad.

It was such a great experience. She communicated consistently and answered my questions thoroughly days before my purchase. The car was exactly as advertised and practically new. No bait and switch. My customer service experience was warm and engaging. Great place and great people to find your next vehicle!

For me, a total waste of time. This wasn't a personable experience. I told the assistant or sales rep I owned a Tesla and 24 CRV. He still was trying to explain technical stuff like Apple Car Play to me. I did take a test drive. I requested OTD price. it was over $6k above listed price of $47,800. I said thanks but no thanks and walked out. I already knew I could get the same truck for 3 to 4k cheaper somewhere else. There were numerous dealer add-ons. I don't see me going back to the dealership in the future.

Didn't get to make my appointment and took a week for them to call to acknowledge and to setup a new appointment to view the vehicle in question.

First of all longest experience of my life. I spent 6 hours trying to get the car plus had to drive back to the dealership multiple times. They tried to add on 4K to the price which was a joke cause they said it was for the rehab of the car( oil change/ detailing). Once I finally got my car the detailing work was horrible, they didn’t remove some point less film I asked to be removed, the battery was weak and could barely start the car and they left me on a empty tank. After complaining they gave me 3 gallons of gas and promised to replace my battery the following Monday. No one answered my calls so I had to go back down to see if my battery was ready and get the film removed. They informed I had to go buy the battery myself. I ended up having to go back again a few days later to get my ID which they kept, get my check, and remove the film which they did a horrible job. Over all 10 out of 10 on the worst dealerships I have ever been to, it was just such a piss poor dealership.

Yes I was contacted about the maxim. However, it's priced way too high with the year it is and the high mileage.
