Deceptive pricing. We drove more than an hour away after I had asked the dealer over the phone if there were any other fees other than processing above the advertised price of the vehicle, she said no. When it came time to sit down and negotiate, the price sheet we were handed included a paint and upholstery protection package that was over $1,900 along with the $1,000 processing fee. I mentioned that I did not need this package and that it was not what we ordered for this vehicle. The manager and her told me that this was standard on all of their vehicles and that it was non negotiable. I said that it was not included in their advertised price, they pointed out that any fees that they wanted to add was allowed due to the tiny fine print on their web site saying so. We walked out due to their dishonest advertisement practices. Not going back and recommend not wasting your time there.
