The salesman created a personalized video showing me the truck. I was in contact throughout the course of 2-3 days until I was able to see the truck in person. The truck was as nice in person as what the photos showed in the listing. Kris had the truck out front ready for my test drive. I ended up purchasing the truck and was very impressed with Kris at Kelley Chevrolet. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the truck and the dealership. I would definitely recommend Kelley Chevrolet in Fort Wayne.

They don't negotiate. The price they have listed is the price they want. They offered me the KBB trade-in value for my car, but they wanted above KBB value for their car. The condition of their car wasn't as good as advertised. One of the wheels needed replaced and there was bad scratches on the passenger side door. Mechanically the car was in good shape. That's why I was interested in it, but they wouldn't come down on the price.

Experience was pretty good overall. Salesperson really tried to lowball me. Told them no. Salesperson didn’t want to take my “no” to back office. Told salesperson to so and did begrudgingly. Got me $2,000 more on trade. So I would say push back if trading.
