I conferred with a salesperson at Parks GMC by email and phone on several obsessions. The salesperson and I scheduled an appointment for me to come to Parks Buick GMC Kernersville, NC to check out the vehicle. However, the salesperson that I conferred with would not even come out to talk to me about the car. I conferred with another salesperson, and I was told that car was not at the Parks Kernersville Auto dealership, rather it was at Parks GMC Auto dealership in Hendersonville, NC, which is 2- and one-half hours away from where I live. I was misled to believe that the car that I was in the market to purchase was at the Kernersville location. This was in my opinion defiantly trickery to get me on their car lot which was very unprofessional.

The dealer was terrific. Specially, the sales manager, NATHAN always responded always got back to me couldn’t say enough about the dealership was terrific. Highly recommend them especially the sales Matt manager, NATHAN.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with automobile dealership. They sold a car out from under me after we agreed on an appointment day and time. They were to evaluate my trade having already given me an approximate trade in amount. They called me to confirm the appointment two days before the appointment to verify my interest. I reintegrated my interest at that point. The next day I received a voice message from the Sales Manager telling me the vehicle had been sold to another customer that prior evening. Incredibly poor business practice. Pure GREED.

Unbelievable experience, didn’t play any games. Great value!
