Terrible at negotiating. Doesn’t know the cars they have on the lot, car was not worth the price due to heavy modification. Engine would not have been good for warranty due to mods and the lifespan of the engine would have been heavily reduced due to the mods. Car had a rotated turbo and fmic telling me that it probably was pushing over 400hp that’s basically a grenade with these cars if they don’t have an IAG forged closed deck engine. Then they sold the car out from under me when I already submitted interest and filed for financing. Overall just king of a crappy experience with a dealership that clearly cares more about money than ethics.

We had an amazing experience with everyone at Graue Chevrolet Buick of Lincoln. Scott was so helpful and made my daughter’s first car purchase easy and memorable!

They were not welcoming, rude, disrespectful & let me drive an hour & twenty five minutes to insult my intelligence due to the engine light being on. I don’t recommend anyone to do business with a company who would treat someone poorly because of their sex, race & or finances.

If i could give 0 stars i would, dont waste your time with ridings, all of the ridings dealerships are a joke, i went on a 8 hour roadtrip from out of state too see a vehicle and when i arrive the car was nothing at all like the salesman had described it over the phone, when i asked the sales manager at chevy ridings dealership if we could come to an agreement on a more reasonable price , he was very arrogant, and basically told me to stay out of it as my wife had already agreed to a price over the phone(not true) very unprofessional guys that dont know the first thing about selling a car, customer service was terrible and their salesmen dont even see the cars they just tell you what you want to hear to make their sale, i was told it had brand new tires(not true), no smells (it smelled like cigarettes) , body in okay condition, that was a lie because the front bumper was unaligned and hanging off and the car was filled with scratches, very rude sales manager at their chevy dealership.

Dealer did not respond saturday morning or afternoon. Closed on Sunday, so waited until Monday for a reply. Bounced around between two different reps. Then, find out pictures and description offered was Incorrect! Interiour color WRONG! Total waste of time
