Our experience was less than stellar. We went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle that was a recent trade. After looking over the vehicle Bens, the salesman told us the car still needed prepping for sale. I asked when it would be ready he said he would check on Friday. I followed up on Wednesday, he once again said he'd check Friday. When Friday arrives he lets me know the car is ready and then less than 15min tells me someone is purchasing it. I went over to the dealership only to find out the person ACTUALLY put down a deposit and would pick the car up later. I was NEVER informed of the option to place a deposit any of the times in which I spoke. I have shared my concerns with the manager but to no avail have I received any follow up or response.
