Showed me the car the same day I called

Not so great as we waited for a car to be ready for sale and were anxious to view. Got a reply the next day that this particular was sold to another party by another salesperson (when supposedly it was not yet for sale). Pretty disappointed.

The vehicle was first priced at $15,491 I made several attempts to go and see, and test drive the vehicle. However, the salesman claimed that the vehicle was getting inspected. Now 5 days later, either the original salesman nor the sales manager back to me. Today i see the same vehicle priced higher at $19,096. ‍♂️ this was upsetting.

The Internet sales associate was very professional and very helpful in providing me good information and keeping me in mind for possible lower interest rates.

Was working with dealer to try and strike a deal. They actually dropped the price for me to 36k and some change. Then mysteriously the price jumped above the original asking, i asked why this was? Was told there was someone who put a deposit down and it was basically sold. Was told if it fell through I would be offered original price offered. Great! Well as you can see and I also have been alerted to is a gradual price increase to almost 42k almost 6k more than i was originally offered the suv for. Havent reached out. Still hasn't sold. Hmm, I wonder why. Not great buisness practices. Would expect more from a luxury car dealership.

Horrible. I purchased the vehicle online. I requested detailed videos….. they sent videos with the car dusty and said it was because recent construction. The other video they sent was in the rain. I figured out why when I received the car. The car was in horrible shape with touch up paint all over that was applied with a paint brush it appears. Inside the vehicle the door handle was half missing and sticky with black tar. I specifically asked about the tires and the remaining life of the tires. They told me they all were in great shape with 75-80% of life still remaining. When I received the car, a huge gash was in the outer tire with the rail exposed on a back tire. After trying to return the car they said they would replace the tire. A week later I finally had to purchase 2 tires because the tread was so worn down (not 75-80% life remaining like they had said in writing) replacing one back wheel would have been dangerous. DON’T buy from this place - look at the BBB!!!!!
