I was trying to work a deal on the 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie ecodiesel they had. They sent me a video of it and it had 2200 more miles than what’s listed. I sent them the kbb on it which was about $40k and they still wanted $41,991 for it. I said well you guys need to make it up on trade value then. So one of the managers tells me he can be aggressive with my trade in and after sending them pics and trade info 3 times they proceed to offer me $51,000 for my truck which 3 other dealers have offered $60,000 for on trade. I sent them those offers and said that can’t be a serious offer…the salesman said we must have missed something and then just never got back to me. They didn’t miss anything, this dealership just tried to lowball me $9,000 less than what other written offers I already have. Also, as of this review Stellantis has over a 500 day supply of cars which is the highest on the market and has 7/10 of the worst selling cars currently. You would think they’d want to make a fair deal.

Beware of Dishonesty at Avondale Toyota I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from Avondale Toyota, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. My encounter with their sales representative, Dino, was nothing short of disappointing and dishonest. During the purchase process, Dino insisted I leave the dealership to inspect the car later, under the guise of better lighting conditions. However, upon closer inspection at home, I discovered several scratches and defects that were conveniently left undisclosed. When I brought these issues to Dino’s attention, they shockingly denied responsibility and attempted to shift the blame onto me. This deceitful behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of Avondale Toyota. It’s clear that their priority lies in making a sale, even if it means deceiving customers into accepting defective vehicles. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Avondale
