Valerie was very quick to respond!! She was super nice and helpful. She was patient and made me feel that she was genuinely interested to understand my vehicle needs for my daughter and not just selling us a car. While we did end up buying elsewhere (out of state) only because Ontario Audi didn’t have what she had really wanted, I will continue to keep Valerie at Ontario Audi for my next Audi purchase.

This was a fanatic buying experience. I loved being treated so well by everyone working there that date. This is a luxurious facility with a lot of amenities. I drove far and Albert so generously bought and went and picked up lunch for me. Peter in finance was extremely knowledgeable. During the test drive, I was told the rims were after market at a cost of $7k, AND the âmarket adjustmentâ was another $17k along with some other things that pushed the price to $93k, not the price verified.
