Started the online process to purchase the vehicle with a pre approval letter that was sent over the first day it was for sale. Set up the appointment to finalize and pick up the vehicle and no one reached out. I requested pictures of the vehicle to send to my bank and heard nothing, received an email from a sales manager after the 3rd day that it was pending purchase and he’d let me know. Worst customer service ever! Especially being pre approved and purchase agreement sent over.
