Efficient buying process. Up front people are friendly, accommodating, got answers to all my questions, managed paperwork perfectly. Nice facility. Never met the sales manager, but messages sent from him via the up front person were less than ingratiating for a prospective buyer, even disrespectful. Furthermore, he declined to come out to the sales desk and chat when I asked to meet him. I've had more pleasant car buying experiences than this one here in past years.
