From 2011-2018 the Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn was the one of the top trims of the full-size pick-up truck. In 2019 Ram produced a Laramie Longhorn Edition and the trim was officially separated into two distinct models in 2020. The Laramie Longhorn was only available in a crew cab with a short or regular bed length. A V8 powerplant was standard. When properly equipped the Laramie Longhorn can tow just over 10,000 pounds. In 2018 a Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in two-wheel drive with a short bed started at an MSRP of right around $50,000. Adding four-wheel drive and the long bed upped the price by about $4,000. Second truck I have owned but by far the best vehicle I have owned, Love the technology in this truck it's like driving a car. The full-length running boards, for example, not only make the truck more accessible but also more aerodynamic. Ram designers were able to improve exterior styling and also improve airflow. And pushing a big, blocky truck around, the engine will need any assistance it can get … and what an engine it is.
