Rude, pushy and wanted to add $3,000 in "dealer" fees which included a paint warranty and GPS. A car advertised for $8,000 turned out to be $11,000. I found the exact same model at another dealer and only paid tax and license. I will never return here.

Dealership had a lot of cars but the one we were interested in was dirty inside and we couldn’t test drive it because the tank was completely empty. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to test drive that car and they did not bother to look it over or pull it out and have it ready for us. Turns out the fuel door was broken, thus the empty gas tank. Although this was a dealership, they seem more like a cheesy generic used car lot. Waste of time!

They've contacted me several times. I just do not know if I really like these Murano's or not. They're pretty odd looking on the outside. They have a CVT, I'd rather have a traditional transmission. The interiors on the SL and Platinum ar pretty nice.

They have no communication and when i ask for info i talked to 3 different sales people and none of them knew why i was calling i inquire about a vehicle i tell the guy so how can we move on i told him i want the car he said fill out an app and we will get back to you today or tomorrow well they run my credit through Experian and then they sell the car i will never try to get a car from this dealer nor recommend it.

Bought vehicle. Nice guy. 17+ years on business. Will consider buying more vehicles from them. Very easy to work with, to be prudent I had the vehicle inspected at a local inspection place they took the vehicle over had it inspected all I had to do was call pay for the inspection and receive the report easy peasy.

The car we looked at was just OK. The body was straight it ran great... But it smelled like an ashtray..and the AC did not work. Well it put out nice hot air. The person that helped us at the dealer was very helpful and offered to fix the AC. We did not purchase the car.

Actual price is 5k higher than what they are advertising in Cargurus. Advertising price is $15,990. But when I went to the dealership they asked for extra fee like: Servicing fee: $1995 Destination fee: $995 Certification fee: $2400+

I guess the email responses were automatic when you ask for information. I asked to test drive in two separate emails at a specific time and they replied "yes" 10 min before the time I asked. I called both numbers on the emails and no one answered. I even went to the address and no cars were there. Very odd situation proceed with caution.

Never go there !!! All the prices are fake !!! Came from other state , made an appointment , stocked in traffic and they said it’s for $10k more expensive. Lost my time . So mad !!! Sellers are blk people here .

Deceptive. Called ahead to make sure price was nonsense free bc I had to drive 50 miles. After assuring me it was and I arrived, they told me that is the price AFTER my mandatory $2000 down payment. Oops, “but it’s still a great deal!” AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

These guys don't deserve any rating at all. I had communicated with the ghost staff (Joycelyn) who insisted I drive 4 hours to their office only for them to raise the price on the car I intended to buy by over $15,000. The reviews on this dealer are ACTUAL EVENTS. I should have payed more attention to them. FREE ADVICE: DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE!

I drrove the truck and it semed good so I put down $50 to hold, but after thinking about it I decided not to take it. and they refunded my $50. A good experience.

They contacted me right away with lots of information regarding the vehicle I was interested in.

Place is absolute junk. Called before hand to make sure the truck was there and was told the truck was there in excellent condition. After driving 2 hours there they tell me the truck didn’t pass inspection because of motor problems and wasn’t there. After I leave I call to see what they say about the truck. They then say the truck sold yesterday. 3 different stories in one day. Place is an absolute mess. DO NOT GO THERE

They truly value their customers and reputation. All of the cars that I got from them so far are of amazing quality, never had an issue and driving them is a pleasure. I recommend this dealership to everyone!

The price wasss higher than showed online by about $4,000 but they still treated me well, they treated my mother with respect also. The process was done smoothly, with me being in the car industry myself I say they did a good job with the sale. The internet price change happens at every dealership no matter where you go, it’s a part of promotion to bring in customers. I loveeeeee my car! And that’s what matters. Thank you guys so much once again!
