Reviewed a 2005 Mercedes-Benz 55 AMG Coupe on Mar 23, 2010

So after 2 C6 Corvettes I happened upon this gem of a car... Performance - feels heavy, and consumes gas like no other (ok so 20MPG isnt that bad) Build Quality - Just about perfect, no rattles or noises. You dont cringe when you hit a bump in the road Appearance - Decent, the AMG helps. Could still use a slower valence in the front, and maybe a different hood. Cost of Ownership - GET A WARRANTY GOOD GOD. Here is a small list of prices for parts: Rotors: $2500, Pads: $600, Tires: $1000 to 2000, Oil Change: $190 - these can be cut in half usually if done yourself or by another shop. Fun Factor - Handles good, doesn't feel as fast as an M3 or Corvette, If you have the cash spring for an SL.
