I checked out a SUV, used my scan tool to see the codes have been reset recently, but the car looked to be in great condition... And dealer agreed that he would drive it so it's ready to be tested and drop it off at a garage for a PPI. Couple days later, after the shop does their inspection, they tell me the codes are still not ready! So the dealer just wasted MY money on a PPI. Along with that, the shop found some leaks that would be VERY costly to fix. And when pressed by the mechanic, the dealer mentioned that they replaced an oil pump. When I asked during my test drive of any recent work done, this repair was conveniently left out!"

A man came in at the same time as I did hoping to buy the car and they used this as an opportunity to start a bidding war. The car was different than the pictures and description explained online, rust spots, rim corrosion, broken trunk, busted headlight, nonfunctional high beams, broken tire pressure monitor system, amongst other minor repairs, the radio was even "locked" which I was told would be sent to the dealer to get fixed after I purchased (maybe 1k worth of repairs which isn't bad considering it was a used car). All that being said I was still willing to purchase the vehicle and get those things fixed at the price presented to me when I contacted them. The greed by the salesman ultimately turned me away from a car I was 100% willing to purchase on this day. I'm not saying this dealership isn't for you it just wasn't for me."

I waited hours for the entire inspection & cleaning. Meanwhile, they drew up the sales paperwork & want me to sign without a test drive!!! Then I was told I'd get plates the next week, but I had to call repeatedly to finally get that done. I was told by the head finance guy, Mark G., that I would get a refund for the difference in cost for registration & that didn't happen. I was told I'd get a check for $250 at the sales closing & that didn't happen. The Gen. Mngr Luis G., has not responded to my complaint. You're money is good anywhere, go somewhere else."
