This dealership is dishonest. Don’t buy from them. After talking to them about the car we were interested in, they said later it just sold. I noticed the next day it was still available, which was confirmed by another salesman. Shady service. Buyers beware!

Called and made an appointment to look at the van. When I showed up they didn’t have my appointment on the books and the van was sold never got an email or call letting me know until I was already told the van was gone.

Great communication answered any and all questions I had and follow up was great as well.

The cat ended up not being quite what I needed, but the staff members I communicated with were all super nice.

Hands down, Chris is the best. Not only was the car he found us last year better than we hoped to buy, but his ongoing availability for maintenance and repairs has been a terrific convenience (plus a supreme investment in peace of mind). In a word: integrity. Rare and precious! Trust me. I spent enough time being hustled by the usual suspects around this town.

I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle but never got the chance. The vehicle had sold. However, the salesperson was very professional, polite and reached out to me immediately when someone, in real time was purchasing the vehicle. Unlike other dealership experiences, she saved me a trip.

They contacted me right away to answer my questions.

I had a unique and pleasant experience. The owner actually handled my deal from start to finish, he was polite, professional and very fair. There was no run around given, everything was straight to the point and everything went smooth I even forgot a key on my trade in key chain and Ron is mailing it back to me. Yes. Very polite email. The problem is that I live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A bit of a drive to see a vehicle in Ohio.

The car I was interested in had a lot of mildew stains on the roof interior, drivers side door and seat belt. The drivers seat was ripped up. The car smelled like it had water damage. I looked at another vehicle while there and when he started it it smelled like gasoline was inside or leaking somewhere. In both instances he kept saying his mechanic had checked out both cars and given them the okay.

This car was better than described. Service was fast, easy and courteous. The vehicle seemed closer to perfect than not. The price was real reasonable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for new or pre-owned vehicles.

Van not ready when called. Waited a week for service on Door locks. Antifreeze reservoir was empty. Did deliver van to home for the inconvenience.
