The BMW 6-Series 650i Convertible was available for a relatively large timeframe for a niche-market BMW in a low-volume body style; it enjoyed more than a decade on the market, from 2006 until 2018. The 6-Series was discontinued altogether the following year, 2019. This large luxury convertible provided sleek good looks, open-air charm and exclusivity, solid performance, and advanced technology and safety features. While other 6-Series trims may have provided a better value or more practicality, the rear-wheel drive 650i Convertible scratched a specific itch.
