Interested in Car. Contacted dealer. They ran my credit app and sold to someone else. No contact after initial. Why run Credit if already engaged in a deal. All they had to do was say "wait until other situation was settled one way or the other". Was serious buyer. No problem Found batter car lower miles great equipment for less $$. All worked out in my favor. Not impressed.

They contacted me but never got me the requested information of price and photos.

The dealer was helpful and followed up with me. I ended up not trading my used pickup but they tried to give me as much as they could for it.

I was an out of town buyer and the sales person took and sent me extra photos of the car.

Clean car fax until I filled out credit app. Then I find out something was hit on interstate causing passenger side fog light to be busted dent in passenger door and passenger side bumper to be busted. They replaced fog light. Pulled dent out of door. Told me it would cost me $300 to fix bumper but could not get it done by time I came for test drive so they would discount car that much. Bumper repair would be more like $1500. Did not go test drive or go to dealership

Was ok...not overly helpful. Didn't seem to care much. When I sent the request for information on a Yukon XL they had on their site, I was told it "was in the shop." No further details were given as to why, ie. routine maintenance, body work, etc. And there was not follow-up to offer help or have me look into another vehicle they had.

This dealership uses ads as a bait and switch just to get your feet on their lot, then they try to sell you whatever they have available. They used a 2008 Ford Edge Limited AWD To get me on their lot, the vehicle was sold already. I have no idea when it was sold but I do know that the ad is still currently available bringing in new traffic. Not a good way to run a business for a long time anyway.

Salesperson never got back to me after my proposal and request for a quote on another car. I went to test drive the car, he was not there, and no one could find the car.

I contacted the dealership and spoke to the sales representatives car is NOT for sale at the location and there is NO 2019 BMW M2 for $35,700, WOW this would have been a great deal!!!!! Champaign dreams are made of these.

Traveled from WV to try out a Ford Explorer. Ryan sent extra info and spoke with me over the phone, answered all my questions honestly and then some. Nothing was hidden on price or condition of it when we got there. Very nice and helpful at the lot. Will definitely contact them again when I am ready to purchase a truck in the near future!!!!

While Trust Family Auto Sales did get back to me in a timely fashion, the lack of key knowledge they had about one of their vehicles (and the hilariously exorbitant price for one so heavily modded) forced me to search elsewhere.
