Actually, they did NOT respond to my email about this car. So I drove about 50 minutes (one way) to see it, only to be told that they were wholesaling it, and would not sell it. Guess it was too much work for them to spend 15 seconds (!!!) replying to my inquiry, which would have saved me that trip.....

i wanted this van i put down payment on it and faxed all paper work i asked about history of van all was well than they said they had to replace owner stearing motor they said i could get it later that day than i get a call telling me they can’t sell me the van!!! i think something is fishy it was everything iwanted can you find out the true story? 0 stares rating they didn’t offer me a compare van!

Such a comfortable experience overall. The dealer contacted me immediately and we communicated via email to set up an appointment. The vehicle was clean (however not fully detailed), and ready for test drive upon arrival. Also Sue Ireland was so pleasant and not like a “typical car salesman” as I had experience at another dealership and I’m so happy to had purchased the car there.

A+++ We bought this car! It was my 18 year old daughter’s first car she purchased with her own hard earned money. Annapolis Volvo was amazing to work with, were patient with her, explained all documents and processes clearly. And when the car developed a battery issue shortly after purchase, the dealer took care of that for her, though it was outside the limited warranty. We are customers for life!

We contacted the dealer on a Monday and was told the vehicle was going to be inspected on that Wednesday. In Wednesday we were informed that the mechanics were backed up and that we would be called as soon as it was finished. We were contacted the following Wednesday evening andninfirmed the car was done but that another customer wanted it so they'd let us know if its sold. This is not how a business should conduct themselves, very poor customer service in our experience!

I went to dealer. Received excellent service as a walk in. I didn't buy the car because I decided to purchase a new vehicle at another dealer. However, I would highly recommend Herb Gordon Volvo because of their great customer service.
