Very good experience besy I've ever had at a car dealership from test drive to oit the door less than 2 hours.

Jason, was a honest and extremely helpful. Really wanted to work with him. But, the dealer wanted to add on some $1500-2000 environmental protection sealer and won't provide me my god-given American Right of saying no thank you I don't want it. :)

I was given a great price over the phone, when we made an appointment to see the vehicle we where told the initial price given was a mistake. They insisted us buying a vehicle that was 8k more, dishonest and will say just about anything to get you in the dealership.

Very accommodating during COVID19 situation

Not willing to negotiate and after vehicle was “sold” it kept coming up on web and dealer took two weeks to respond and say vehicle was sold.

I had to search for a salesperson and I was not satisfied with the service I received. I made an offer and was told I wasn’t even in the ball park oh well I will take my business elsewhere

This was a HORRIBLE experience working with them. They only really wanted to communicate IF we would come into the dealership. When we pressed they would respond to inquiries but kept putting us off with the excuse they are too busy. Tried to get a final price on a vehicle listed on their website and after 2 DAYS they were unwilling negotiate. It is a shame they are the only dealership in Albuquerque with the best choice of Lincoln inventory. Will NEVER do business with them.

Insulted by low offer on my trade in. I might as well have had my car appraised by some sketchy dealership in the southeast part of Albuquerque. To add insult to injury, on the car I was interested in they told me a higher price than what they ultimately listed the car for. And when I mentioned another dealership down the road is selling this same make, model and color vehicle for less, the salesperson ”assisting” me told to just ”go ahead and buy that car.”

The sales and financial folks were very attentive but unfortunately we were not able to arrive at a deal! It is a beautiful, high-end dealership, worth the attention of anyone looking to buy a luxury car.
