Communicated with company rep for over a week still the appointment was set. The car was listed under different addresses so I called the rep to clarify and asked for the correct address. She gave it to me over the phone and promised to email directions. Since I live nearby I didn't open the email and followed my gps to the address given to me over the phone. Upon arrival, there was no clear indication where the front door was so we parked in the back and since I use a wheelchair I sent a friend over to the dealership to get a person whose name I was given as a contact. A different person came to greet me only to tell me that the car was not at this address and that they didn't receive a message regarding my appointment and that the car wasn't yet ready to be shown. I asked him to call when it was. Upon returning home I called the original contact and she apologized profusely for the mix up and asked what she can do to remedy the situation. I told her that sh should arrange for bringing the car to my house for me to look at. She promised to call me back as soon as that was arranged. weeks later I'm still waiting for that phone call....."
