Bait and switch! Will never do business with these people!!! Called and set appointment. Called 2 hours prior again to going down there. Yes, car is here! Get down there, said sold to a North Carolina couple 3 days prior. Car waiting to be shipped. Asked to see the car. Was not there. Avoid. Empty promises. Time and gas wasters.

When I went in they let me go for a test drive and I told them I wanted the car and they said we have 2 more people wanting it and I would have to pay 22,000 to get it because the other people were offering that. I got up and walked off. I will never deal with them again.

Worked with Zarina. She was wonderful to work with. Prompt responses and answered all questions that I had. Ended up buying the vehicle I wanted from the them. Will consider them again for future purchases.

Dealer was okay. Communication was off a little and I was not convinced enough to get the car, manager came off a lil rude at one point so I was kinda dissatisfied.

The salesman was great and worked with me on creating a deal. The car was sold from under me when I purchased plane tickets to go pick it up. Wasn't the salesman's fault, the manager lacks integrity and never let me know the car had been looked at by someone else when I was ready to give the full down payment before flying out, he never contacted me again except to let me know it had been sold. Disappointing, but hopefully someone else can avoid dealing with them.

He was great informative and responded quickly plus as a video for me to review.

Never made it to the dealership as the car I was interested in was already sold. They were very busy and it took a day or so sometimes for return calls.

Poor communication between employees. I was in the process of purchasing the vehicle and it was sold during that process. I would not recommend doing business remotely with this dealership. They are only interested in deals that can be made the fastest and are not interested in the customer.

Both the salesman Nick and the manager were very helpful when I went in to look at the vehicle. Nick had answered three questions that I had initially when I contacted them and had responded promptly. It just wasn’t the car for me.

I actually purchased this vehicle and this was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. Mark Atkins was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Mark !!! He will make It happen Captain
