My sales consultant contacted me very quickly and worked with me to set up a time to test drive the car. The car was spotless and ready to go as soon as I got to the dealership. Every part of the buying process was explained and the financing was quick and painless. Would highly recommend this dealership.

These people don’t wear masks. To make it worse, the car salesmen are rude. It seems to be an inconvenience to them that people show up actually wanting to buy. We noticed cosmetic issues with the car and were given attitude stating the car is “used” “what do we expect”. We ended up buying only because we actually needed the car and drove out almost an hour to see it.

Spoke with a representative from Stohlman who said he would get back to me via phone; he did, but he was a weird dude. I then got an email from another representative about a day later. I then spoke to this rep on the phone, who said he would get paperwork together so I can figure out pricing/financing options. He said he was taking over from the previous rep. Never got anything. Overall not a good experience.

initial response was quick, asked a question and was asked in return to provide more detailed personal info. Sent info and waited 2 days for another response. Best if you just go in and see the vechile.

My husband and I were annoyed because we drove 40 minutes out of our way to see a used Honda Fit that had a number of things wrong with it. The car was not advertised as a Mechanic's Special, and totally should have been. We had no interest in a fixer-upper for our daughter, and car was overpriced for its condition. The salesman was fine, though.

Sylvester was great, friendly and helpful. I didn't buy a car because we live too far away and it just didn't make sense for me to drive 6 hours for a car, but I wished we were closer.
