I was interested in a used car from this dealership and I inquired about it as I am a could 1.5 hrs away. I received a very prompt reply informing me that the car was sold, so it saved me a wasted trip. I appreciated that. Maybe next time...

Great experience! I actually ended up with a different vehicle than the one I originally wanted to get. After talking to the salesman he showed me a different car that he thought was more suitable for me and I love it!! They were not pushy either!!

Had a great experience with this dealership. I came from out of state to purchase a vehicle, they were extremely accommodating and quick to answer any and all questions I had before making the trip to them. If you're looking for a VW or Subaru, you can't go wrong with buying through these guys!

Dealer sales team contacted me very quickly. Unfortunately it was to far to drive to just look at a vehicle. The dealer would not discuss a any deal prior. I have made deals over the phone/internet with other dealers and then drive to sign the contract.

Initial contact from Pam in the Internet Sales department was outstanding, once in dealership actual sales person was a horrible experience. Unreceptive in conversation and once he knew we were willing to walk away if numbers weren’t what we wanted his attitude went straight in the toilet. Clearly he was only interested in making the sale, not great customer service

I bought a 2017 VW Alltrack here. Got a great deal. The sales consultant (Paul Butterly) was extremely helpful, personable, and professional. I also needed special financing, and they were able to get a loan for me at a much lower interest rate than other dealers and finance companies could offer. Pleasant and easy car buying experience.

Buying a car isn't ever an enjoyable experience for me, but VW of Princeton made it a pretty smooth process. We left with the car we wanted at a price we were happy paying, and it wasn't agonizing getting there.

Zero ⭐ This Dealer need to go very long way in Customer service.... At least they need to offer a chair to customer to sit. Before giving a class on credit card how it works, pls they should know customer back ground from which Industry he is from. Thanks for the Credit Card Class.

I didn’t purchase this Tiguan, but did purchase another Tiguan SE. Bertolet was amazing! I would definitely go there again if I’m in need of a vehicle. I love my VW!

Suke is a-m-azing! Not only did he reserve this car for us, sent us the CarFax, had some1 pick us up from the airport, breakfast & Pizza for kids, detailed our car. I felt 100% satisfied with the car and customer service. In the future I will for sure do business with Suke and Subaru of Feasterville, PA.

They were very nice. My only complaint is we were so a car listed as needed n smoker. A week later what ever it was sprayed with wire off. It was clear this car was smoked in. NO reply from dealer to pay for cleaning.

I was contacted but never given the sale price. The sale price was not in the ad to force contact with the office. This is a dated tactic, which should be barred. They know the sale price, so just reveal it and stop wasting the consumers time.

Was the best car buying deal I ever had they were fast to respond and get the deal done and one that actually keeps there promise. Truck was clean and delivered to me three hours away. It was such a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for an awesome truck and awesome customer service.

only reason I'm doing four stars instead of five is that I didn't end up buying the car. Everyone was very nice and professional. They addressed my concern about the car. We didn't end up coming to an agreement as far as price but what I really liked about them was that when I said I done they didn't keep on insisting. They were incredibly nice about it. It was a pleasure to work with them.

My overall experience was very good. However I will say the sales person was the least helpful person I dealt with. And after i said i was purchasing the car she barely spoke to me and never thanked me. My experience with the finance person was very positive though. He helped me through a lot and answered every question
