Dealer gave me a number for the car I purchased. I asked him to give me more for my trade-in which he agreed to do. Then he added in a fee in the closing papers that wasn’t disclosed to me. I didn’t catch the additional fee until I got home. I called and emailed when I found out but the dealership did not respond. Stay away from this dealership

We had an interest in the Avalon, but they did not offer any type of warranty, dealers offer warranties if the car had under 100,000 miles. There was a possibility of purchasing a 30 day warranty ????? sounds like an ( as/is ) deal. The car had 101,942 mileage

was ok.....the inside color was not listed and he tried to send me a picture, but it did not go through....wanted more info in that area

This was the greatest time I have ever had at a dealership. I know right? Crazy! My main man Walt killed it with papers and explained cars like it was his job. Which it was! Left that place with the greatest car I've ever had and I'm 22. These guys were the greatest.

I've owned a lot of cars in my life and I've had to deal with "the car buying experience" every time. No one's favorite thing to do. This dealership blew my mind, friendly as can be, no BS, I walked in (after scheduling our appointments) and walked out with our car in under 90 minutes. Car runs great, fantastic, place.

The vehicle was dirty inside out chipped, paint, torn seat and Smokie inside. The sales man was nice but vehicle was not in the condition to sell it at the price they were asking.

Went in for a 2019 Avalon. Meet with Steve. Took out for a test drive and say down with will l him to discuss a deal. It was a complete no-pressure sale. Steve have me the time I needed to make a decision. I even called Steve a day later when I realized the floor mats were not in the car and I had forgotten to clear out the give compartment of my trade in. He collected the things from my car and it's sending them along with the car mats. Good guy.
