The personnel was responsive and cordial. The vehicle was an "As is" vehicle and I was not comfortable with a purchase.

Car was sold but they reached out quickly.

I had searched for 2 months for the right car for me. They had exactly what I wanted and offered a great price. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Avalon Limited and I'm loving the car. Great people. I would recommend them.

Tyler and Eric were very kind and thoughtful salesmen. They were never pushy and answered every little question I had. I never felt that I was a burden to them and they were always ready to help me out and offered a lot of support in my search for a vehicle.

The salesman couldn't have been nicer and responded back to me in a timely manner.

This picture put on CarGurus looks great. The pictures they sent me showed the car beat up on the passenger side. Car not worth price.

Yes they replied right away to my inquiry about a truck. That is the only positive thing to say. They at that time would not give a rice unless I called just trying to get the most dime out of a 5 year old vehicle they can. This is why big dealerships suck.

Called the next day lowered the price $150 I thought they were closer but 1200 miles away. made other offers on other models . I noticed their was a $596 l doc fee over the selling price. that smarts

Was the easiest vehicle I have I bought got a call from mike told him what my trade was and they worked out numbers over phone told them when I could pick it up had everything ready to sign and off I went

Got the car it was a good first time experience. Love my car !

They said this veh wasn't available but they had another one. I explained what I had for a down payment & what my credit looked like. They said they could work with me. I got there and they said no bank would loan on an older vehicle and to get my payment where I wanted them i would like 5k down. They had no older veh like they advertised

Not the best. I called on a specific car and made an appointment to test drive it. The car was listed correctly as far as price and miles but they didn’t disclose a very cracked rear bumper on your site. It seemed like the “old bait and switch “.

The pictures might be of a different vehicle. One I looked at had scratches on the passenger side hood area. In the photo above you can see none.

They contacted me immediately, sent me few options. I haven't purchase a vehicle yet, but I like their customer service.
