Friendly, personalized service. They were honest and transparent every step of the way and answered all my questions. The salesman spent time making sure I was familiar with all of the car's features and how they worked, and that this was the car I would be happy with. I would definitely do business with them again.

They took the time to show me all the options. Very informative

Responded quickly, very nice and wanted to make a sale. I was disappointed because the car I called about was “already gone” and they said they others just like it. They presented me with a car with over double the mileage and 2 levels lesser package for the same price. When I asked if they could do anything with the price they said they could drop it only a couple hundred. At this point it wasn’t worth my time. It felt like a bait and switch.

The process was, as usual, somewhat painful. The salesman we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. After going through the typical car buying ritual, we were ultimately happy with the deal we made.

Car buying/shopping has the reputation of being extremely intimidating and although I was hesitant at first that all quickly went away. Overall 5/5 rating with the car buying experience and would definitely go back.

This dealer was responsive to questions and answered emails promptly. They were forthcoming with providing a free CarFax report on the vehicle. Unfortunately (and fortunately), information I found in the report discouraged me from moving forward with a deal. Although I didn’t buy from this dealer, I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
