Friendly and worked to get me in the vehicle. Very pleased!

Called and spoke with a salesman who seemed very nice. He was going to check on the rebates I was eligible for to get an exact price. No one called back. Called again and was told they would get back to me in 10 minutes. Never heard back. Purchased the same vehicle from another dealership 3 days later. I am curious how this dealership survives with such poor customer service.

Refused to budge at all on the price then wanted to add on a few for using my own finance, all while talking down to me because "I dont understand the car dealership world" because they were "losing" $11,000 selling this car. I do understand money and business though, and took mine to another dealer that day and bought a newer model with less miles for less. Dont buy from here!!!

The dealership contacted me very timely. The vehicle was not clean upon my arrival, the mechanics were not up to par, and I think there are several opportunities for this dealership to improve. Best wishes!

These guys were very nice. They had a nice Nissan Armada Platinum. It was just a little more than we could afford, and could not get them to come down on the price.

I actually contacted Coleman Chevrolet on Saturday night about the truck and received a response by email Saturday night. Received another email from John clack about the truck the next day on a Sunday. We actually set a time for me to be there on Monday to look at the truck. I highly recommend Coleman Chevrolet and John clack If you are looking for a vehicle. John and the whole staff there were very helpful and kind.

Bryce was wonderful got me the car i wanted and kept me updated on the car. I end up buying a nice GT350.

Great communication

The salesman didn't seem to have a sense of urgency. The vehicle was sold before I had a chance to come see it. Didn't end up purchasing anything from this dealer.

Asked them to price me the truck on Gurus and they sent a quote considerably higher than the Guru price. When I asked them why, they acted like they knew nothing about the Guru price. Asked me for information and I sent them a copy of the add posted in Guru. They never mentioned it again and wanted to give me another quote! No way, the old bait and switch game and I deal like that.
