Great group o guys. We drove from Wyoming to go pick the vehicle, the salesman I was initially taking to(Izayah) was going on days off but made sure I was taken care of by Ivan when we got there. Service was great and I was impressed with the friendliness and honesty.

Alfonso, my salesman, was a pleasure to work with. I traveled from Arkansas to make my purchase. He had everything already for me as soon as I walked in the door. He was nice enough to pick me up from the airport. Including my test drive and the signing of the documents that where already pre-prepared, I was in and out within an hour. I strongly suggest Alfonso and Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Tri-Cities.

The vehicle was in rough shape but the service from Alfanso was great!

Missed potential sale with poor follow through and empty promises. Called them multiple times over the course of a week. Not once was a call returned although I was told several times I would be contacted. From our initial conversation I made it known that I would be flying across country to pick it up my and drive back!

Salesperson admitted to not really knowing anything about the car I test drove, and was trying to sell a well used car for over the price of a new one. Laughed at me when I tried to make an offer. Do not recommend.

Great service! Great price! Knowledgeable salesmen that got me in and out of their showroom quickly and painlessly.

Friendly staff great to work with. Easy transaction had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealership.

We went to the dealership. The truck had obvious damage I guess they have no intention of fixing. The truck was priced at $2,000 + more than the price here. The salesman, though courteous, didn't seem to have all information about the vehicle. The sticker listed options that the truck didn't actually have. i.e. Power back window. Suspect it was broken and replaced with a flat piece of glass. Overall just not professional.

So far very responsive and no hassle or games see how the rest goes and update my review later today

They promised to hold a car for us. We drove 2 1/2 hours and they had sold it. They wouldn't even own up to it. They made up some story that didn't even make sense. A phone call would have saved us a 5 hour round trip.
