I inquired about a vehicle and was contacted by a friendly woman who wasn’t pushy in the least bit. It was a pleasant experience, just not the right truck.

Dealer responded quickly

Inquired about 3 possible cars and received e-mail indicating they were not available. Now, a couple of weeks later, they continue to advertise at least one of the vehicles I enquired about. I didn`t look for others. At least I received a response.

Responsive. Couldn’t quite meet my specific needs (make, model, trim, mileage, and price). Gave reasonably detailed breakdown of out the door cost when asked.

There was a delay in sales rep reaching out to me. We set up an appt and when I got to the dealership he told me then that the car had been sold. I understand that they are trying to sell cars and getting people to the lot but, I would have appreciated him reaching out to me to let me know that the car had been sold.

They texted me asking if I could be contacted in regards to the vehicle. I replied “yes” and never got anything back from them. They later sent an email asking if I like their customer service. Explained to them what happened and they used an excuse that there’s no number on file. It jus seems more lazy on their end with minimal effort. More disappointed because I have purchased a vehicle with Sunland Park dodge in the past and didn’t expect this half effort.

we gote an email the same day car gurus sent my message to the dealer from Jonathan Capristo, and asked if there is any information we needed, so we have sent three separate emails and we have yet to get any information about the vehicle. unless and until we come to their dealership. we asked what seems to be the problem, and they have sent us four separate emails asking us if they have met their expectations.whats up with that?

They answered my email and got in contact with me the same day the man I was talking with didn't seem to know what he was doing then in the process of me getting vehicle they sold it to someone else then he still calling and emailing me if I was still going to get another vihichle from them no thanks should of read all the reviews about this place first
