The experience was terrible. Sales manager kept stating wasn’t getting any responses from banks, kept saying would call back on different say. Then I find out the car was sold but the manager still texted saying he was working on finding a loan, yet the car was already sold. His attitude was snippy and rude as well when we called for updates.

They reached out and were super nice

I did not hear from them with my first contact attempt, maybe because I just left my email and not phone number the first time, but they did respond when I contacted again a bit later. The vehicle I was interested in sold the day before but they said they would be in touch if anything similar came along.

Although I never ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. I think they were great, very responsible and informative about their vehicles. Great costumer services.

The used vehicle I wanted was already sold, but they got me a really great deal on a new model with more features. I paid cash, so I don't know if I got a better deal because of that. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was there about 30 minutes, so it was a very quick and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Rich and Chris were great. The price of the van was great. The price on my trade via pictures sent on email did not change when we arrived at the lot. Much of the necessary paperwork was completed when we arrived. They even let us borrow our old car back for the morning while a new rack was installed on our new promaster. I have left many car buying transactions totally bummed, but this one I left happy and ready to spread the word about my great experience.
