They were fairly responsive once we got established. The vehicle had just arrived from a trade-in so the details and pictures weren’t readily available. In lieu of waiting for the completed posting, they sent several pictures and answered any questions I had.

I was on the fence about the car after I filled out the credit application I told the salesperson that I wanted to look at another car at another dealership before she submitted my application. I ended up going with a different dealership and a different car. I recently saw where this dealership still ran my credit. When I contacted them to ask about it, I didn’t get a response. I won’t ever go back. There are much friendlier and ethical dealerships to work with for my next vehicle purchase.

Good environment. Sales rep Erin was accommodating and helpful. Jared, the finance manager was helpful and worked with us to get us a good rate and payments options. We got close to what we asked for our trade. Price of vehicle was good .

Stephanie at Thurmont Jeep has done a phenomenal job at communicating and working with my emails in regards to a Wrangler in their inventory.

Used a heavily discounted price on CarGurus to entice my interest, and lead me on throughout the initial (very pleasant) conversations, but when we decided to move forward, they blatantly disregarded the advertised price and quoted me a price nearly $7000 more! I cannot decide to me mad at them or amused! What a shady practice and ignorant approach in today’s world where every step is documented!

Called the first day this vehicle was listed!! Was told they would get back to me!! Vehicle stayed on web site for 7 days!! Sent multiple emails!! Finally called me back vehicle sold!! I never got a chance to see it or make a bid on it!! Very disappointed ☹️
