This is my second vehicle bought from this dealership, great experience. I might be going for the trifecta.

Great experience! Very comfortable.

Terrible communication. Kept on sending mass emails that that were self-generated. Did not follow through on any promise that they made. I personally think it was the worst experience I've ever had and I've and I have had a lot of them with car dealers. If they couldn't have made the deal they should at least call and tell you that. Their idea of good service is throwing emails out there. They didn't even respond to emails when I responded to theirs. Terrible

I only send my email or else they will bombard me with phone calls I was emailed “Hey Dude where is your phone” Not the best way to contact a customer Who has a perfect credit score and can buy 10 new Acura cars. Not just that ore owned TL that I inquired about

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Deal done all over the phone, quick response to all inquiries, as advertised and in and out in 20 minutes! I will look here first the next time I get a new vehicle.

Dealership responded right away and gave me numbers on the truck I had in mind but it was higher than I can afford but not far from where I need to be.

This was my third purchase from them. Good experience.
